We welcome you to our family-owned, boutique olive orchard featuring a beautiful Tuscan-inspired mill house, a state-of-the-art Italian olive press and a large tasting room for sampling our award winning olive oils and balsamic vinegars. While you’re here we invite you to sip on our award-winning wines and stroll our shop curated with gourmet foods, unique tabletop and wine accessories, apparel, travel & wedding gifts.

Our retail shop features a large, curated selection of unique gifts and gift boxes featuring our gourmet products, local goods and new bath and beauty line.
TASTINGS + TOURS
Olive oil flights are offered daily. Guided tastings are also very popular and can be added to any of our regularly scheduled tours. Tours are held 5 days a week and are best booked online due to high demand.
AWARD WINNING WINE AND BISTRO SERVING UP DISHES FROM OUR GARDEN
Stop in to our bistro to enjoy delicious small bites, lunch, and an assortment of baked goods while sipping on our award-winning Texas wines. Our chef offers weekly specials featuring dishes made from our products and fresh produce out of our garden.
