Dripping Springs Distilling

Dripping Springs Distilling is home to our award-winning Dripping Springs Vodka and Gin. We were the third distillery to open in the state of Texas.The copper stills you’ll see at our distillery are one of the reasons our spirits are so smooth and delicious. We micro-distill small batches in our proprietary 50-gallon copper pot stills that we designed ourselves!

Our visitors center is open Thursday-Sunday for craft cocktails and tasting flights featuring award winning spirits, tours of the small batch distillery throughout the day, elevated comfort food from the scratch kitchen, and plenty of seating in the beautiful Visitor Center, on the patio, and outside.

Bring your family and friends out for a meal or stay awhile and enjoy the cool breeze under the oak trees.

Stay a little later on Thursdays & Fridays with Happy Hour from 3-7:30 pm offering $5 draft cocktails and tasting flights, as well as $3 sliders and tacos.

Saturdays and Sundays offer a special brunch menu as well as full menu, Bloody Mary Bar, Texas singer-songwriters outside under the oaks, and football inside.
