William Chris Vineyards

In 2008, William Chris Vineyards was born in Hye. Utilizing Old-World winemaking techniques, Chris and Bill sought to create a genuine expression of Texas’ distinctive grape-growing regions. Our approach is founded on the idea that great wines are not made, but grown. Each new vintage seeks to provide a level of quality wine that represents the very best of Texas terroir.

The winery always has great energy and offers many indoor and outdoor seating options for small and large parties. For bites, they serve up the tastiest charcuterie boards and picnic lunches (need to be ordered ahead). All their experiences are by reservation only – visit their website for details.
