No restaurants, no rules! Introducing the Alliance’s newest dining concept. The delectable new series invites Texas’ most dazzling culinary talent out of the restaurant kitchen to cook on open flame at unique locations across Texas.
Off the Menu kicks off on June 8 at Camp Mabry with a tribute to the classic American chophouse. Chefs Berty Richter (Ezov); Jakub Czyszczon (Garrison); Laura Sawicki (Oseyo); and Michael Fojtasek (Olamaie and Maie Day) will celebrate the elegance of midcentury dining with classic cocktails provided by Jessica Sanders (DrinkWell). Guests will feast in luxury under the stars while enjoying fine wines by DAOU, Duckhorn Vineyards, and Robert Modavi and spirits by Tito’s Handmade Vodka and High West Distillery.
