Join us as we delve Deep In The Heart with a lineup of Texas-made cheeses, showcasing the amazing producers and staggering breadth of delicacies from within our state lines. From Pure Luck Farm & Dairy in Dripping Springs to River Whey Creamery in Schertz, we’ll be touring Texas through tasting five selections from pioneering artisan cheese makers and 2 Texas artisan wines. We’ll also feature thoughtfully chosen sundry pairings from Texas makers – including charcuterie, jams, chocolates and – of course! – scratch-made Easy Tiger baguette, baked fresh daily just around the way.
