Con'Olio Oil Taste of Texas Wine and Cheese Class

Our series of Texas wine tasting classes continues!   We are kicking off spring in style with a Wine + Cheese Class on June 24th from 6:30-8pm at the Bee Cave location.  This  class will have a special focus on Texas wines and cheese.  From bubbles to big reds, you’ll  enjoy at least four wines with special pairings of artisanal cheeses.

All of your favorite wine accoutrements will be included:  local sourdough bread, crackers, Italian olives, Marcona almonds and more! Certified Wine Educator and Certified Sommelier Denise Clarke will lead the class, taking you on a journey through Texas while sharing tips on how to taste and  pair wines with cheese.  As you  learn about the beauties Texas has to offer from the Hill Country to the High Plains, you’ll enjoy standout selections, expand your palate and have a great time!
