Wimberley Glassworks Celebrates 30 Years

Join us for a Pearl of a Party on June 11th, Treasuring 30 Years at Wimberley Glassworks!

Celebrate with us to the steel drums then shimmer and sway into an afternoon of tropical jazz by Roland and the Roots Riddim, while you sip island cocktails out on the patio in our glass garden. Enjoy Jamaican cuisine from Kirk’s Jerk food truck who’s barbequing onsite.

See our team of artisans create works of art before your eyes. Go on a hunt for your own treasure and giveaways, as you voyage through an art reveal adventure that opens a chest of memories and new collections by Tim de Jong.

We’ll be open 10 – 5 pm. Our limited edition art glass pieces will be revealed the day of. The party gets started at 11 am with complimentary cocktails, and Frank on the steel drums. Then Roland & the Roots Riddim play from 1 – 4 pm. Kirk’s Jerk will be cooking outside 11 – 2 pm. A special live glassblowing demonstration will start at 1:30 pm followed by a party-wide treasure hunt in the gallery for some giveaways and surprises. There’s plenty of extra parking in the upper lot and along the roadside along RR12 and Hugo road. Bring a chair and enjoy!
