We are a locally owned bakery committed to the use of stone-milled, heritage flours in all our baked goods. In fact, the bakeshop is actually located inside of the Barton Springs Mill facility. Call it grain-to-table in less than 50 feet!
Expect crusty sourdough breads, slices of quiche, and an array of sandwiches, in addition to flaky croissants and seasonal treats. Plus, our cafe bar offers a full coffee menu alongside loose-leaf tea, and other local beverages. Once a month, we fire up our wood oven for a weekend of pizza perfection. And we’re always taking on custom cake and catering orders.
