Opened in fall 2018, this South Austin hotel is one with its lush surroundings. Carpenter Hotel features a pool with lawn and pavilion and each of its 93 rooms comes with a terrace. Take in the scenery with fare from our all-day cafe or enjoy a meal on the patio or in the dining rooms of our restaurant, Carpenters Hall open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a menu inspired by the notion of “New Eyes on Old Texas.

Our spacious, open-air hotel is in the center of it all: a short walk to the west grants access to the green expanses of Zilker Park, the legendary waters of Barton Springs, and the meandering Green Belt. Access to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike trail is just one block to the north before you cross Lady Bird Lake and explore Downtown Austin.
