Lo Salvaje (loosely translated, “The Wild”) is the brainchild of James Beard award winner Jesse Griffiths and Spoke Hollow Steward, Josh Crumpton, and is helmed by chef Stephanie Stackhouse. The concept was born from a desire to bring locally sourced ingredients and wild-game-inspired fare to a broader audience. The menu at Lo Salvaje is deliciously inventive – think street tacos meets haute cuisine with a wild game flair.
Food truck is open Thursday 4-8 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-8 pm, Sunday 12-6 pm.
