Our 28 acre ranch in Dripping Springs is scattered with ancient live oak trees in a serene hill country setting.  This historic property dates back to the pioneer days of Texas and embodies the spirit of exploration that feeds all that we do here today. Our diverse venues offer a little something for everyone – we warmly extend our invitation for you to come taste and experience who we are. Welcome to the family.

THE RICKHOUSE
The open aired Rickhouse is home to genuine smiles and laid back vibes. At the bar, choose from a selection of our craft beers, cocktails or a tasting of any of the Treaty Oak spirits. Rows of picnic tables perfect for large groups to gather and additional lounge areas that set the scene for a more intimate experience for groups or a comfortable spot to watch the game.

TOUR & TASTING
Take a walk through our production facility while your guide provides insight into how our spirits are made. Plenty of science, hands-on explanation and a spirit tasting are included, as well as an opportunity for Q&A. Come see and hear who we really are at Treaty Oak. ALICE’S RESTAURANT
Alice’s Restaurant features Texas barbecue and comfort food in a serene hill country setting where it is nestled under giant 150 year old live oaks on the 28 acre Treaty Oak Distilling Ranch. At the bar, choose from beer, cocktails, tapped drinks, and the distillery’s experimental whiskeys. Our cocktails are made only with Treaty Oak Spirits and fresh ingredients that are kegged and served on tap, resulting in a perfectly balanced cocktail, every time.
