We’re just off of South Congress, in a low-slung mid- century building from the fifties that was once known as the Pig Stop, Vinaigrette ATX nestles in the shade of one of the oldest Live Oaks in town. With intersecting gables, a beautiful bright green tile wall that echoes the lush outdoors, sustainably harvested wood flooring and custom galvanized window walls, the space is bright and uplifting both in and out. One of our customers called it “a happy greenhouse for humans”.
